Cudicini for England?

Chelsea's Carlo Cudicini (good alliteration, that) qualifies for British citizenship next month. As he hasn't played for the full Italian national side, he can play for one of the home nations if he so chooses.

 

Better than James? Can't think of too many howlers, though maybe he hasn't caught the English disease yet. Would certainly be a useful addition to the World Cup squad (imo).

I seem to remember in a interview a while back Cudicini said although he liked England he is Italian and to him he will always be...and so he wouldn't play for England...but he might have changed his mind...hopefully..
