As far as I know.....A ffiend of mine watched the lads train last night and it appears that Ilford have signed some quality youngsters...

Regarding some players going....well Tim O Riley wasn't there..apparantly he has gone to Burnham Ramblers.

Players can look as good as anything at training guys but in a team on the pitch on the first day and thereafter is where it all matters.

no my vision is back and my boss found overheard me telling everyone. luckily he laughed it off.

 

for everyone else, i was off "sick" on monday and on tuesday my mate here asked why i was off and i told him i had vision problems, he said what do you mean? and i said i just didnt see myself at work. what i didnt see was my boss standing behind me!
