Both. A top version of The Free's "Stealer" on disc four. Loads of rehershal stuff and live at the BEEB...Which makes me wonder if it wouldn't be too much to ask for a Faces At The BBC CD.

 

Plus a very good booklet which skimps on the gory details of the demise of the band but hey ho. Quite a nice package.

Oh and Ronnie Wood shows up as a damn fine guitarist...I'm of the opinion that he is always overshadowed by others (i.e. Keef Richards) but this box set shows him up to be one of the best........

 

And the songs..."Pool Hall Richard", "Oo La, La"...they're all there with the unreleased stuff...

If you do, get "A Nod's As Good As A Wink" and "Oo La La". The latter was really the end of 'em but has some great moments...The title track and "Another Honky" (a really touching ballad, written by Ronnie Laine). It was made at the time that Stewart's solo career took off, so he missed some of the recording sessions but is still a good album.

 

"A Nod's..." is the kiddie. Loose rock 'n' roll (a la Rolling Stones), touching ballads...a masterpiece.
