Anyway, the bloke that was in it (dunno who he was) bored me completely on the train back from Gatwick. Then he proceeded to slag Robbie off and say that Robbie was completely scared of him and his band as they all had black eyes.

It was a hit for Jane Weidlin in 1988.

 

The reason he is getting mixed up is because Jane Weidlin used to be in a band called The Go-Go's with Belinda Carlisle.

 

It was certainly never recorded by her though.

 

That bloke was a fking muppet, and should not be allowed to cover songs if he doesn't have a clue about the originals.
