Was not a Mr Davies appointed some time ago to 'mediate'/problem solve /act as conduit to get a deal done with all his 'experience and connections'.

 

Have not heard much about his input.

 

I am sure he will be working hard on this !!.

The Heads of Terms are on the table, I think that the delay means that there must be something going on behind the scenes, like additional info required or something like that.

See that Thanet Council Planning Dept have today been accused of maladministration by the Local Govt Ombudsman.

Figures really, with the time delays and excuses they give so people have to pay more money for planning applications.

And all those people who thought some of us were wrong to blame the Council for any of our problems!!!
