Whether or not they did me "any favours" is water under the bridge, whether they feel good about it or not is up to the individuals concerned. I am however, grateful to the one member of the group that did have the decency to keep me informed of the "behind closed doors meetings".

 

Their meetings and my stepping down? Coincidence, you decide.

 

my only concern (not criticism) is the word "Independent" in the name.

 

While I'm on a roll, The club issued a statement a while ago claiming not to recognise myself or the MFCSA as the supporters body. Fair enough. But it then went on to say that it was recognising the MISA, a properly formed group. Just for the record, the constitution and aims and objectives used by the MFCSA were put before the board of directors and approved. The very same KP who said that we did not share the same aims. mmmmmmmmmmmm.

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GO TO A MEETING TO FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON? I'M SURE THE WHOLE OF THE AREA AT THE VERY LEAST WANTS TO KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING TO MARGATE FOOTBALL CLUB, SO WHY CAN'T THE PUBLICITY MACHINE START ROLLING AND LET EVERYBODY KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING, STARTING ON THE WEBSITE, IN THE PAPERS ETC. YES I'M INTENTIONALLY TYPING IN CAPITAL LETTERS

exactly ian. the "MISA" have copied the same constitution in the most part as the MFCSA which was fully approved by KP. LOL yet the club said they wouldnt recognise the MFCSA as they did not share the same aims. draw your own conclusions.

there is one sick demented person in this forum with comments like that! if you wish to make further comments like that please don't go under my name as i am not a sicko with a very obscure mind like you are trying to imply that i have! why not reveal yourself as i have done previous to this!

 

I NOW FEEL THAT SOME PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN MY NAME IN VAIN AND ABUSED IT ! WELL NOW YOU ALL CAN FIND OUT THINGS FOR YOURSELVES AS MY HELP IN PASSING ON INFORMATION HAS EXPIRED!

If you have anything useful or important to say, then say it.

At the moment the relatively few Margate fans left are not in the mood for false hopes or unfulfilled promises.

 

Its about time the club and the Supporters Association got out of their "bunker" mentality and started explaining what is happening or why it is not happening and if you need help.

Try Folkestone Invicta site to see what I mean.

 

The club and the Supporters Association need to save what fan base still exists and to stop behaving like some secret societies.

i agree with zhukov on this. if MISA (dave) has anything to say why cant they say it now on this forum instead of leading people on. the way to go to keep the few fans there are left is to be open and share any snippets of information anyone in a privelidged position is able to gather. the main thing that has alienated me is the secracy and lack of dialogue. here is your chance to give people some news which you are hintingh strongly at. many people wont waste their time going to meeting that they know nothing about what it will entail.

Just had a look at MISA's post's what a load o [****!!****] he say's he will not post any more INFORMATION now can anyone tell me what information he has given the only thing that i can make out is that the SOCIAL CLUB belongs to the MISA Group as he says OUR SOCIAL CLUB
