I use to do a Diary for Windsor games which started on the old message board and ended up in the Windsor programme. In it was a rubbishometer and Balloonometer.

 

Rubbishometer was for cr*p moments in a game and Balloonometer was for when the football left the ground by a mega hoofing.

 

I use to shout it out at games and it kind caught on.

 

The best time was when a load of the Barmy Army came and sat in the stand at Croydon and we all shouted Ballooooooooooon! in Unison and it Echoed round the whole ground. It was beautiful moment.

Where did the origional idea come from? Also do u still do the diary, its just 4/5 years ago i started to watch windsor but after a couple of seasons I moved back up north so can very rarely come down anymore.

 

As I enjoyed the seasons I came down I still like to keep tabs on whats going on down at the meadow, hence my visit to the website and message board. I remeber reading a couple of your diaries and they gave me a better insite into the games then the official report on the main website.

I came up with the idea of the Diary. I stopped doing it towards the end of last season due to comments made by the supporters some good some bad. I still do it for my own records though.

 

The Diary may make a return to the programme in some shape or form next season. Malcolm has kindly invited members of the Supporters club for some feedback and ideas for the programme. So we shall see.

 

As for putting it on the message board I may put a Poll on the board and see what happens.
