Just been on the Cork City fans forum to read the replies to my request for information on Dannys progress. Statements such as,living legend, player of the season. best signing for years and passionate flooded out of the posts. I also took the opportunity to wish Cork all the best in there uafa cup match against Malmo om the 27th of june.

Rumour on the Cork site as it that prior to signing(to the delight of the fans) a new two and a half year contract, Danny Murphy turned down a trial at Millwall.
