Might be a very good chance of the Carlisle game being live on Sky. Sky usually show the first game of the season live in the conference and that one stands out!

i think york travel to aldershot and as that was the game they didnt play when they went bust in 92' then i think that could be favourite..

mind you the shots were first up on t.v. last time so you never know

Yes just checked up on flights and its 35 pounds to Newcastle.

I am really excited about this game after all those nice cosy trips around the M25 in the last few years we have the longest trip there could be first up.

Hope we can take plenty of fans up there. A word of warning their fans are not the friendliest. Some friends of mine who are Southend fans went their last season and had to run for their lives at the end of the game.

Don't panic, you will get a warm welcome from us at Brunton Park. It's more than likely to be a carnival atmosphere, we're a good bunch really. We took nearly two thousand to our last match of the season away at Doncaster and at the end of the match the Donny Fans came over to our end and applauded us. Don't believe the hype! Good luck in the division and no offence but I hope you do well AFTER the first game of the season. When you get to Brunton Park you'll crap yourself at how big it is. Too big for the conference. Good luck lads.

most of the carlisle fans use the footy mad forum which can be entertaining the official site forum quite often gets closed down cos of some of the stuff posted on it. Anyway hope you enjoy your trip to cumbria and believe it or not its easier to get to than some places that are nearer..
