can some one explain"Agreeing heads of terms"to me. I have not a clue what this means. Has any one?.Also this has got to be agreed with the council.WHAT!!!!!.Why still these apparent sticking points.Why hasnt just basic clearing up the site at Hartsdown been happening so when or if work is finally allowed to commence precious time will be saved?

Agreeing Heads of Terms is a matter which is sorted out early in a contract.

 

They are a summary of the main matters agreed eg The rent is £25 grand per annum. The lawyers then put a load more bumff around that. If that is where matters are there is a long way to go.
