Teletext today (23 june2004) gives statement from Chris Kinnear about the stadium BUT is this old news from months ago or is this "NEW". You decide!!!!

AGREEMENT EXPECTED THIS WEEK

 

The long awaited signing of the heads of terms agreement for the new-age stadium at Margate Football Club is expected this week.

Manager Chris Kinnear said it would allow the building of the £10.9m stadium at Hartsdown Park to proceed.

Kinnear said the facility will be one of few self-funded and added: "It's the only way to go. Hopefully it will allow the club to go forward".

 

 

All sounds old hat to me! Nevertheless old news or new news its something we can munch on.

But AGAIN. . if true. . .and if up to date news. . WHY is the club itself not giving out this statement?.
