A very brief sorjourn from Euro 2004...

 

For those that don't know, Apple launched iTunes earlier this week. It has 700,000 songs and all at 79p each.

 

If you have a Mac and an iPod, it's fantastic. If you have a PC and an MP3 player it's good but not great...

 

Pros

 

It's the cheapest legal download site

 

It has the most choice of music

 

The downloads are of a very good quality

 

Cons

 

You cannot play your downloaded music in anything but the juke box, so far, I have had to burn the music to a disc the record it back to my media player to make compilations. Yes I could convert the 1800 songs which are already on WMA but it takes up too much memory.

 

You can't download the music to anything but an Ipod, or I haven't found a way so far

 

The jukebox takes some getting use to.
