Bit confussed. Are all the players from last season been released on a free transfer? I know Billy and Keister r staying but what about the rest?

Ha ha. I cant believe they said that, we have a right to know. And as they have been spouting lies all season it gives us more of a right. But moanin at them aint gonna solve it so hopefully they will get on with it. At least when they annouce something it will b in concrete this time. <img src="/images/graemlins/affig.gif" alt="" />

[color:"blue"]The answer to the first post is that all senior players had contracts until the end of last season / all younger players had longer term contracts. Think the age limit was 23 (but will be the age where players are 'junior' under the Bosman Ruling).

 

Edwards & Keister have declared their willingness to stay with us, but presumably have not yet been offered contracts.

 

By the way, it isn't unusual to hear nothing about transfers etc. until after pre-season training has begun & the first friendlies however the Internet has conditioned many of us to expect and demand to know what's happening on a day-to-day basis. The rights & wrongs of this thinking are another issue altogether
