I've got Engerland to play Spain in the quarter-finals, then playing Italy in the semis and France in the final.

Also, just worked out we (Engerland, that is) can get through to the quarters with two 1-1 draws, provided Croatia and Switzerland both lose to France.

Not that anything untoward would cross my mind, Rob, but France play Switzerland at the same time as we play Croatia, next Monday, the last night of the Group B matches.

It's a good job that there's no place for politics in sport.

 

I'm sure that the French would rather Ingerland made it through Group B, rather than Croatia or Switzerland as they would like the whole of Europe to see the two best teams in tournament in the final. May the best team win and all that stuff.

It's amazing how negative one is allowed to be about the England national side on these forums.

 

Yet if you're negative about your club side, languishing in the bottom four of the Ryman, you get a load of abuse from the wishy-washy non-league brigade, and threats of bans from the Chairman.
