Pitch watering and maintenance

As the weather warms up this is a call to town fans to come and water the pitch. 630:830pm each day in teams of two whilst the weather is hot. The great Roy Bulter will be providing tuition in the use of the hoses. we have about 6 fans so far volunteered but the more there are the easier the workload.

 

PM me if you would like details of how you can help.

 

Also if you have a petrol strimmer and rakes that we could borrow would be helpful to go round the edges of the pitch.

May i take this oppotunity to praise Cleggy (and the board) for trying to address the pitch-watering situation...I hope it goes well and continues into the season.

 

It could make a big difference as to whether we win the league next year.

I agree with most but can't claim all the credit it should be shared with Southport. And Yes Junior dad did volunteer your services!
