Why not speak to the local authorities and arrange for young offenders to carry out work at your ground as part of their community service? They are less likely to destroy their own work and more likely to "sort out" anybody else that tries!

w a had community service bods last season forgot they were coming one day and we didnt see them anymore.it is a good idea though........
