After sitting through the AGM and being just as astonished at the decision as the rest of the league, i've sat back and read all the posts, both good and bad,and feel it's time for some common sense to prevail. Jim Cuneen hit the nail on the head by saying don't respond to all the baiting, he's right, i know it's a hard pill to swallow, but let the snipers win and they undo all the positives you as a club have achieved over the last few years. Now is the time to dig deep, stick together and let all the others worry about next season, you're a strong outfit and will be my personal tip for top spot at the end of next season,so keep it together and achieve all that you deserve and f*** the rest.

It's good to hear some support from fellow ESL clubs and not just baiting. Thanks Rifle. Manor are a credit to themselves and non-league football in general. hope you win second spot after Twon (of course) next season.

Nice one, couldn't have put it better myself Rifle. decency will prevail. Good luck also to Foxy and the boys from Ilford you lot have also had to take some stick over the years, you are a credit to the ESL and I have my fingers crossed that you take R2 by storm.

The club obviously need a few more players. The squad we have isn't the biggest and as always I'm sure there will be a few leaving.

We'll give it a good go just like previous teams from the ESL.

Top 5 will do for me......

i think the esl in general is at worst as strong as ryman 2. from what i see of it this year it looked very similar to the esl. we played ware too and they were shocking.

 

i think you will do well in it mate.

Talking to a couple of people I understand that there will be about 5 players leaving at about 7 coming in.

I cant say who because thay would be unwise and unfair.

Will keep you posted though...

just being honest about ryman 2, fair enough its better for things such as sponsorship and awareness but other than 3 sides i dont think it is much stronger than ours!

 

i must admit, im so pleased dont have to come to your place!

 

is it always windy?

 

got any pre season games lined up yet?

 

and last thing if you go to our website the league table thing for last season and the season before is done, makes interesting reading!

Morning all....

Severe headache this morning so pls dont shout....!

Westy....? Dont know.....I wont know until pre season....

He had a bad injury and didn't get back in the side..

Windy....of course....

Our secretary Bill has a massive wind problem.....

The size of his chad...when he lets rip its like a gale force wind..!

Pre season games.....dont know.....thats down to Bill....

Are the Abbey offering....I let the club know...?
