I know some of you check out this forum and will know what is going on, especially Billy the Cat. Well, I know you lot will be pretty p***** off about not playing in the Ryman next season but don't give up on the club now. If you stay and JC adds to the squad you will be in with a real shout at the title, playing on a better surface and still playing in front of a few hundred fans every week. Keep the faith, win the league next season and get the club into Step four of the non-league game for the season after. YOU CAN DO IT!

Well said Mr Happy. Lets put all this c**p behind us & get on with it. We have a good ground now, lets be positive keep on supporting the Town.

 

Okay I know we are all upset at the outcome of this farse, but I don't think there is much we can do about it, except accept it.

Dear All ETFC Fans

 

I have spoken TO Jim at length and some other players and we will still positive next season as a squad and we have told him that we will be at ETFC next season what ever division we are in.

 

Don't forget moving into the Ryman league is only a sideways step yes it would be nice to go to different grounds ect but if it means we stay in esl and try to win the league and do so(it will not be easy Romford,Waltham Abbey, good teams)we would then go into southern div 1 above div 2 anyway.

 

So dont get to downhearted about it don't forget how far the club has come in 3 years(Good Ground pitch Getting Better this year ect).

So what ever the outcome what ever division we are in still show your support to the team it is a big advantage to use as players.

 

Then if we win the league know one can stop us going up to southern div 1!!!.

With the sqaud the Town have assembled ,we'll win the ESL as we would have won the Ryman2.

 

To all the players,none of the fans will ever give up the fight and i know the players won't either.

 

The way 'football' has treated this 'new supporter-run club' is nothing less than scandalous.

thats the main point,being a supporter run and owned club we are challenging the cosy old boy network that has ruled football for too long.

Chopper - well said.

 

There has been a debate since the end of the season, as to whether R2 was a sideways move or be "viewed" as a promotion; reality it was/is a sideways move.

 

Yeah visiting new/better grounds would have been fun; but hey ho.

 

Following poor results in the league last season, we had more people at the Working Parties; let's hope to see you loyal supporters, and players this Sunday 10:00;
