People Who Come From St Albans...

Done this one a few times now (the Zombies and S Club 7 are always mentioned!!)

 

Two others that haven't been mentioned though, to my knowledge...

 

Siobhan Fahey (ex-Bananarama and Shakespeare's Sister) went to Loreto.

Sasha Baron Cohen aka Ali G went to St Colombas.

Stephen Hawking went to St.Albans boys school I believe.

The was a modell in J17 who went to my school (SLAGS) and also Lyndsey Payne went to my school and she was in The Biz! and is also that girls who is in the car crash advert in the red car. She sits in the front and her brother gets into the back seat and doesn't wear a seat belt and then the mum suddenly brakes and he crushes her to death.

 

This is why i always say to people who sit in my car to always wear seat belts as it wont be they are killing, but the driver and the front passenger.

Rivaldo he comes from brazil only a few hours by plane.!

Yes, we have had several threads on this subject.

 

Only started the one yesterday because Ali G's roots came to light!!

 

Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman also used to live (or at least they owned a house!) in the area, as did Richard Gere for a short while.

err, hate to be a spoilsport but Mr G and his brother Erin actually went to school at Haberdashers in Elstree - I should know, I was there with him. I'm afraid I doubt he has ever set foot in St Albans

He was at St Columbas before he went to Habs. Expelled from Columbas, so I'm reliably told.

My Mum was in her class, used to be quite pally with her apparently.

There must have been loads of footballers living in St Albans, there were definitely plenty in Harpenden.
