Looking at the pictures of progress on the Northwich Victoria ground development (http://www.nvfc.co.uk/stad_blog.htm) can't help but think if only this were Hartsdown Park. Its interesting to note that despite the near complete look to this ground development, the Vics are still looking for a groundshare until November. How can there really be a chance of Hartsdown Park being ready by the end of the year (let alone September as some reports suggest) given the current state?
