So, who'll take their place in the Conference?

 

Leigh RMI and Farnborough have already had reprieves.

 

Presumably bottom club Northwich will remain??

Will the reprieve filter down through the leagues?

 

Could Bedford find their way into the Conf South?

Well I suppose they could either

 

a) do nothing, or

 

give a reprieve to Margate as well so Norf and Sarf are both 21 clubs, or

 

c) have a three-way play-off between Ashton United, Merthyr Tydfil and Bedford Town, or

 

d) move Newport into the North and put Bedford into the South, or

 

e) none of the above.

 

My vote is for either a) or e).

Not really: (e) suggests they'll do something else because is says NOT do nothing. IE do something. That something is unspecified.

Looks like if the supporters can start the club up again in time they will go into the Nortern Premier, with Ashton United going into Conf North.

 

I remember that game, Voice, some of their fans didn't take too kindly to big bad Bob Dowie kicking their starlets up in the air. Think they ran out of substitutes if I remember correctly (only 2 allowed then).
