So the club have a meeting tonight and hopefully in a short while we will hear of some kind of action beginning on the ground. Its all well being taken away from the top flight in non-league football and demoted a league but this HAS to bring about the ground improvements that go with it or the demotion will be a waste of time. Yes, I know we have to be patient but I was expecting a sudden influx of builders once that decision to drop a league had been made. But as of yet, nothing. Is this yet another "same old story". Will hang fire on the clubs plans and timetables for getting the ground underway but in my mind the work should have been underway by now. All this stalling gets to me so sorry for being impatient but to my mind it should be taking place already even if it be in a small way. I also realise the demotion was because we were in a tight situation and corner but one must go hand-in-hand and soon!

Piper knows he has f**** up yet again , all of a sudden canvassing "members" views so he doesn't get the blame for demotion . Then nothing a board room re-shuffle with yet another chairman to bleed dry and all the time continuing to talk about a new ground , it may happen but a ground share will still be needed for most of next season. If the board {currently one director leon miles Piper according to companies house)really mean that the club will proceed without further borrowing it is unlikely that the manager , whoever he is will have sufficient funds to compete in conference south. Also how do the club intend to deal with what must be a staggering amount of current dept?

Think we have to be a bit patient here chaps.

I think the club statement in fairness said they effectively would be sorting themselves out over the next 2 weeks.

It was never going to be the case that ground would be built straight away.

As i posted at time, whatever sort of ground we eventually get, how is it currently being funded without the commercial development.

To me we have always been into a groundshare for next season, and if as hinted only to xmas, then that will be a bonus.
