Word has it you've nabbed Mark warren off us, fantastic defender, full of passion. and with Damon searle and Kerigan and Gay there I reckon I'll pop over there and cheer the boys on.

 

Good luck, you seem to be the ones everyone's talking about be good to see you in the league with Dagenham and (*spits*) Canvey.

Looked a decent player.

It has been rumoured all week but it appears he ahs decided to go, not official about Hornchurch but that's believed to be where he's heading, see link regarding latest conversation from Southend Message board...

Not jealousy, Just making a comment. He elbowed two of our players in the face when we played Southend in the cup. Let's just say he knows every trick in the book.

I hope it's true, i have a relative who watches "The Shrimpers" and says he is fantastic.. slightly pesimistic about it to be honest any player that is to leave a club from Divison Three down will automatically be linked with the Urchins.

warren is typical big motivational centre half.. i deal for a team looking to get up into the conf.. maybe he could do a job for us a canvey as he would be well suited to conf fottball as well.. i guess tilson dosent rate him for league footy as he offered him a reduced wage for a 12 month only contract , either that of southend have even less money than was thought.. Cort is the centre back you want to get hold of, mind you i have only seen him play occasionally , he was great the season before this one
