A request from Mrs Happy

[Mr Happy]

Dear All

 

Some of you know Mrs H, but for those that don't you should know that her idea of fitness is an amble round the shops. However, in three weeks time she will be running in the Race for Life. This is a national event and races will be takingplace all over the UK. She will be running 5 kms and for her to complete the course will be a major achievement. All monies raised will be going to research into breast cancer (a subject close to our hearts as my Mum was successfully treated four years ago). Mrs H wants to raise £100. If she goes over this she will also get a special towel. If any of you can sposor her for even a couple of quid we would be very appreciative. Just send a pm if you can support her.

a good start!!! you're a bit late!! I've already received four pms from other generous fans. anyway, many thanks Andy. Mrs H really appreciates yours and everyone else's support. It won't be easy for her. She's not particulalry fit and also suffers from asthma. She's training hard and ran about three kms this morning. that's the furthest sh'e ever run in her life and was knackered so knows she needs to keep the training up.
