I'm sure that Mark Godding/Martin Quirke/whatever he decides to be known as next will do that Dom. Then again he might like to make friends with Evil Dead on the Boreham Wood forum as he seems to be all out of friends and they appear to be on a similar level.

Strongly suggest that you register as a member of the forum if you are expecting to revisit often.

 

There have been a number of stupid/offensive anonymous posts in recent months, and Anonymous posters tend to get 'short shrift' from the regulars as a result.

 

Your request seemed quite reasonable, so I must presume BFR was having an 'off' day...

PJ - BFR was referring to a recent anonymous post made from an identical IP address as Mark above (It was the ridiculous post regarding the promotion to Conference South and the subsequent insults) along with some others all in a short space of time, all under various names. I think that is why BFR was taking each post with a proverbial pinch of salt.

OK, but not having access to the IP addresses, us mere mortals have to assume that different names are used by different posters.

 

I ignored the ridiculous 'rumours' post, but this thread seemed reasonable enough, in which case BFR's response appeared rather hostile.

Your retort on this thread was fairly mild - especially compared to the one on the 'rumours' thread (which was, IMHO, entirely justified <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />).
