Both Pat Sappleton and Ribin Trott have agreed terms to stay with us next season.

 

I think this is great news for BTFC.

They are both fine players and they complement each other well. With those two signed up along with Hockers and Dorms, with the exception of Weaver who is off travelling, I reckon that means we have kept hold of all of our best players from last season.

 

Any news on players being brought in from elsewhere TC or do we have to wait until after the summer sabatical in Portugal?

Cracking bit of work getting both to stay, 2 ex-conference players in the heart of defence. Particularly pleased that we've got Trott to stay as not only is he an excellent player, he has the leadership at the back that helps the likes of Sappers. Pat is still only young, and I reckon with Justin and Robin to learn from he is only going to get better.

 

Can I be the first to coin the phrase Patman and Robin for our centre back partnership? I'll get me coat.....
