Just to let you lot know, plans have been ongoing for about the past 20 odd years. B&Q's excepted proposal is a huge step, one which the club needed, as if it had been a 'no' then the backers of the club would have backed out and stopped financing us. This means that the plans will be submitted in August time and the results will be known in December. I expect appeals from both KARERS'S and SUFC if the result's don't go there way and come this time next year, we should be a bit more certain about our future.
