Thanks for that poll david.I was going to suggest this be done but didnt have a clue how. Glad you are around.I voted for A but also want D should A not be successful.Could we not have 2 choices in order of preference then my second vote would be D.I think the poll would be different if we had a 1st and 2nd choice as I think most would go for A in the first instance and D in the second should A not be fruitful.Would a 1st and 2nd choice in preference be more informative.Could you do this david?

Single Transferable Vote?

Bit too complex I'm afraid Tony.

I suspect that the only way to do it would be to remove option A and recreate the poll, what should we do if an appeal to the Conference fails.

Otherwise just ignore Option A and vote accordingly.

Always difficult to get everything spot on,and think its a brilliant effort Dave.

My comment would be that the 10 year groundshare option is a bit misleading because there is a break clause after 3 years i believe, and i suspect that could be negotiated down to 2; so all of a sudden that becomes a viable option(i.e. Is 10 year groundshare slightly misleading statement?)

I decided not to add anything and simply took the choices as they were outlined in a previous thread. Personally I doubt that the conference will allow any variation from the current stipulation and the break will have to be after three years.

But I've noticed that you are always the optimistic one Michael.

shareholders need to be told in detail about the financial situation before any decision can be made. Which option do the Directors believe is the most financailly viable, how is each option to be funded?Given that planning consent is a way off is a return to a partialy built ground really possible before the start of the season?

The club owes a lot of money and another season at conference level with a ten year ground share deal will only make matters worse.

Wage levels in conference south will drop but will it be viable to play at that level with a ground share?

It's all very well asking shareholders to take the decision but the Directors are the ones who are responsible and have all the facts {a lot of which have not been revealed}~

Option 3 is my favourite at the moment. But is it sustainable, without the in sight of others i cannot say. Are we going to have the funds to put a team out at all next season. I believe the club as dire financial problems at the present time. With out the prospect of future developement and failing a Abramovich or bates things look bleak. Does Tony(cookie) have the answer.

Blueblood, methinks you are taking the piss. However,if you ae not then I wish I did have the answers. I am but a humble fan casting my opinions and if I had the answers I wouldnt be on here giving those opinions, I would be elsewhere doing something that would get this club going. Am sure the same goes for most of us. Sorry if I SEEM to know the answers but rest assured that is not the case.

You have made the important points about the lamentable situation namely that the directors will be in possession of all the information. It depends on what they can afford and if they think TDC will ever agree to any commercial development on Hartsdown.

In the meantime we blindly continue to speculate.
