I am still confussed with the Kent thing. The premier sides like Dover and Folkestone play in the Isthmian where as the Div 1 sides like Ashford Town (Kent) play in the Southern.

Does that mean that Should Folkestone go down or Ashford go up, they will never have a local derby against each other?

The League Chaiman has already stated that this level of football is so flexible that clubs could even be accepted after the agm.

applications can be made right up to the AGM, which is on June 7th. Last season, London APSA came after the AGM and in 2001, a well known club entered the league virtually on the night, the AGM being later that year.

Not necessarilly. The way promotion and relegation works is changing from next season. Leagues are not linked to each other like they used to be. All of the promoted teams are 'allocated' places in a league at the next level. An example being if AFC Wimbledon won their league they may be placed in another league and not the Ryman Prem. I suppose it all depends on exactly who the promoted teams are.
Mind you, I could be wrong . . .
