What an Amazing Night last Night Was.Big THANKS to Mrs R, Pete, Southport, Southport Junior, Mrs Southport, Andy, Jess & Safety Officer for helping to clean up & then set up in the morning. Well done guys.

 

Thanks to the players & supporters for turning up & making it such a good night. I think we will need a bigger venue next year.

 

One more Thankyou to the Players for my Special Award, thanks guys I love it.

 

Am looking forward to the Sporting Evening next Friday, Bring it on!!

I will take this opportunity to thank SL for all her hard work.

 

I would also like to thank the previous users of the Downs. If it had not been for them, then we would have finished our morning work by 11.00am. As it was, we had to clean the place up first and it stopped me from spending yet another hour shopping!!!!

Don't forget that we were told of the decision of the Ryman League which invited us to play in its Second Division.

 

Mind you, many, many years ago I remember watching old film clips of a man walking down the steps from an aeroplane with a piece of paper in his hands which read 'Peace in our time'!!!!
