Apparently Maidenhead fans arent too hopeful that he'll sign for them as they fear wages may be a stumbling block, even though Rob is supposed to be quite keen on the move.

Well they'd been paying them for a few months anyhow, so they can't be under any illusions...

I'm sad to see Rob leave the club. I remember seeing his first game for us and thinking "We've signed a tall forward who doesn't win any headers". Thank goodness he proved me wrong.
Thought he had much more than just a good header, his holding up of the ball and awareness was good and he was always determined in every game.
