RE PLAY OFF CONFUSION

 

I would like to write regarding the changes to the play off final.

 

WE HATE YOU YOU PEN PUSHING PRICKS FKING AROUND WITH OUR CLUBS

 

It seems somewhat bewildering and less than proffesional to change the fixture twice in little more than 24 hours without any good reason or even some form of press release.

 

YOU ARROGANT FKING C-NTS, WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, GOD????

 

As a long standing supporter of (pick your team) I have been disappointed by the leagues attitude to the restructure. I can only express futher chagrin as the play off's are moved when it seemed everyone was clear on the system, as I stated before, there is no good reason to confuse fans of football clubs, football clubs who are trying to work within an ever changing framework.

 

WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE BACK OFF YOU, STOP FKING AROUND OUR CLUBS AND FANS YOU GUTLESS SH-TS

 

I hope that you will be making an apology tothe fans of the clubs concerned.

Its not a reply but this is as near to an apology from Robinson as you are likely to get. Taken from Ryman website

 

There has been much confusion this week regarding the play-off matches which are to take place tomorrow.

 

Throughout this season, in discussions with the Alliance, it has been firmly agreed that throughout the play-offs the highest placed clubs in the end of season table would be at home to the lowest placed clubs.

 

Following this the League indicated that the play-off matches for tomorrow would see Bedford play Lewes and Kingstonian play St.Albans.

 

However, it has been pointed out that in the original letter sent out by the Alliance dated July 17th 2003 the play-off scenario indicated there showed different matches taking place on 8th May and The FA have directed that the play-off matches for tomorrow must be in accordance with those communicated in Appendix 8 of the letter dated 17th July 2003.

 

Accordingly the matches to be played tomorrow are:

 

Lewes v. Kingstonian

 

Bedford Town v. St.Albans City

 

Both matches will kick-off at 3.00 p.m. and the winners of both matches will be allocated to the new Conference Divisions.

 

The League very much regrets the confusion and inconvenience caused.
