Well we'll probably be filming Saturday's game as neutrals, to see who's in our league and possibly sell some copies, and cos Harrow's just up the road <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

 

Totally neutral, because both sides have a good bunch of fans and a decent ground. Should be a good game.

 

Re the point about Lewes' ground, they ARE eligible to play in Conf. South next season if they beat Bedford.

Nice to meet you too Yellow. And I'm sure I'll be at one of the Canvey v Carlisle games next year. Recommend going north if you get the chance - it's not a bad ground (possibly the Conference's best next year, depressingly). My dad still goes most weeks - mind you he'll watch a game anywhere, even City at Canvey a year or so back (can't remember if that was the 5 goal hammering or the 6 goal hammering - I lose track, but it was the one where we should have been rescued by the ref calling off the game when the lights went out).

Oh, by the way. This c0ck-up over the match tomorrow. You know. Everyone thought that the match would be away at Bedford or, alternately a match against Hitchin at home if they had won their match against The Eagles on Wednesday, the night of our match with Heytbridge Swifts. Instead, to the surprise of everyone in the world, our match will be at Harrow against Kingstonian, the final play off match.

 

From my limited enquiries, all roads lead back to the League Secretary.

 

Do you know our Match Secretary, hb? I wonder if he has the 'official communication' from whoever it is with the original rules for the play off arrangements.

 

Like you, hb, I'm quite happy with mighty Kingstonian at Harrow Borough, but I am curious.
