That's the one - my 'O' level Latin suggests that it should be "effectus" - although to be perfectly honest I think it's a made up word anyway.

 

It was the same on last year's kit so I imagine we must have got a job lot of badges cheap.

 

Judging by the level of illiteracy perhaps they were knocked together by a load of 15 year old Hornchurch fans. Sorry, couldn't resist it.

But yes, effectus is right...meaning "performance" or "completion" [or "effect"??]

It's the infantus which is more problematic. Could mean any of the following:
"inability to speak"
"lack of eloquence"
"infancy"
