The club are delighted to announce the signing of right sided defender/midfielder Tarkan Mustafa.

 

Tarkan, previously with Dagenham & Redbridge, Rushton & Diamonds and an England Non League International, has signed a two year, full time contract with the Urchins.

Tarkan's done alright for me in my 'Champ Manager' Dagenham team!!

 

It would be Hornchurch but you can't manage teams below the Conference. It has to be said many of my players are currently Hornchurch players e.g. Steve West, Tarkan, Lee Matthews, Robert Martin (I've also got Jude Sterling and Freddie Eastwood). Sorry I'm rambling...

 

Excellent get them signed up early so they can fit in to the team during pre-season and we don't have the poor start that we had this year.

Tarkan was a really exciting wingback for us at Kingstonian, despite sometimes being a bit frustrating defensively! Starred for us in both FA Trophy successes.

 

Left a big void down the right when he left to go full time at Rushden.

I was talking to a Daggers fan today and he tells me that our new signing Tarqan is also a model and sometime body doubles for some Portuguese defender. Apparently he went to Barcelona last year for a photo shoot and was paid 25 grand.

He also stars in the Nike advert currently showing at the moment, Brazil v Portugal.

 

Forgive me if this is old news but is this true or am I haven't my plonker pulled?
