Pre-Season Friendlies

I know this seasons not over with yet but who would everyone like to see the Rebels face in pre-season?

 

I think with the managements connections a match with Oxford Utd might be on the cards, but my top 5 would be-

 

Wycombe(Will it ever happen:))

Reading

Chelsea

Maidenhead

Hornchurch

I think I read Greene say on the Windsor forum that he was pretty sure we'd have a friendly with them. Depends where were playing - would have thought 'home' friendlies would have been limited again next year unless were back home (pleeeeeaaaaassssseeee)

Taken from the Windsor website said by Greene. He also went on to say he was 99% sure of these games.

Doesn't really matter though does it? All those will be at home which restricts any chance we have of a) Playing there getting a crowd to watch a midweek match against a side.

 

No doubt we'll end up with the likes of Diss Town (a), Canvey (a) or some other far away places where we don't want to go or have to travel bloody miles to get to.

 

Burnham, Aylesbury, Maidenhead, Beaconsfield, Windsor, Flackwell Heath will do if we're in different leagues to all those.
