LOL!!!!!!!! I worked very hard to get my results!!!!! And don't get me wrong, i love working in Hotels, but the money is cr@p and that's why i'm doing what i'm doing now!

 

If i want to try something, i go ahead and do it!!! That's why i tried the nanny job thing. I didn't like it so i left!!!!

It's a bit more complicated than that!!!!!! you need to estimate how many covers you're going to cater for, and design the menu to what foods are in season, and to order the ingredients to the estimation of the number of covers you're going to cater for, and take into account that you're on a budget etc, etc,
