Sarge.......Brimmo beau is like .....the Bernabau (or however you spell it) compared to Ilford. Them lads do well to play on that every week, it is shocking. I'm not a player but when I was watching the other night I was cringing at the way the ball was flying around like a pinball.

 

Or do we expect too much now at our level?

Ilford is picked so that once a year the balcony can be used to display a trophy! Hopefully it will be Enfield Town Showing it off.

Well now that ETFC have a stand, with Wembley like steps can't we use that one year!!

To be honest like most Town fans I don't want to spend another season in the ESL (as kind as the officers of the ESL have been to Town). For me the perfect move on and upwards would be to meet Basildon in the League Cup Final and for that to be our farewell onward and upwards to the Ryman. As last years champions nobody can begrudge us the move up surely.

 

For those that don't remember We played our first ever game against Basildon in the ESL.
