1. Certainly hope so. On current form, definitely. Keep feeding him the chances, and yes he will.

2. With a three game suspension, he'll find it difficult. Would make it eight goals in three games or something like that? So, unfortunately, no.

3. Can't see why not.

4. Don't care. Top six is far more important. If top six was secure, then I would hope we could.

5. Probably not! Maybe we could raffle a goal to get some more money out of him!

My honest opinions:

1. Yes

2. No

3. Yes (in fact I was going to raise this point myself, what a great achievement that would be - when was the last time STFC scored 100 league goals or more in a season?)

4. Hope so. I'm saying yes.

5. Yes, I think so.

I'd be tempted to change the team a bit for Tuesday, possibly play Matt Miller, put Freddie in for Wilkinson who is probably shattered, Williams for Harris or Hakki, Steer for Haddow and also give Lee Riddell and Paul Barrowcliff matches. Also maybe Gyoury (if he's fit enough and he did play 90 mins for the ressies I think) for Daly.

Although the cup is V important I think this team could still beat Bracknell at home and we MUST make the league priority in my opinion...

Well now we are a little closer lets see whats happening.

1. Hodges needs 2 from 2 games, although if we gain promotion tonight he might not play on Saturday so 2 tonight would be great

2. Boot finished on 27 so a valiant final effort but in the end the suspension let him down

3. Surely we will complete this one, 1 needed from 2 games, especially with our good scoring record at home

4. Ummmm, best not to talk about this one me thinks

5. Well he's got his chance tonight and Saturday. Time for the Milfer to show us all what he can do

I don't think there is any real pressure on Matty. We joke about him never scoring, but he's been kept out of the team by a pretty damn impressive strikeforce. He just needs to go out and show what he can do. Just being on the pitch should bring him confidence, and with confidence, goals should come.
