Fair point about DC, I myself stressed how well Danny played against B'side in the league the other week. Effectively though we are playing with one striker - a pefectly legitimate tactic, but it does depend on goals coming from midfield.

 

This is why I keep harping on about playing two stikers - Billy and Lee - with Danny whizzing about wide. It is just blatently obvious that it doesn't work playing Billy and DC together as out and out strikers.

 

Is it ok to say that, or can I only say rah rah, up the Town?

saying someone had a bad game is one thing but wanting a player out of the club because he dose not play the way you want is another.

also having a go at a player during a game is not on,get behind them and only have a dig at the opposition.

Jim selects the team from the best he has available for the game players might be ill,anavailable,injured or missing for personal reasons and some will play when not quite fit or out of position to help the team and in that situation they need our support.

No i have nothing to do with the selection of the MOM. Used to but not now. I just report it for the programme.

 

Talk of the Town End used to sponsor the MOM award with champers in the old days and they carried the vote on. The collective consists of a panel of at least 6 people any or all who vote. There is nothing official here just peoples opinions. No more and no less valid than anyone elses.
