Perhaps also what ends the supporters will have. Can't remember the name of the stand we were in last time but it was down the side and thankfully in the shade. Wasn't until we got outside, didn't realise how hot it was and Christ know's how they played out there on the pitch.

Yeah we had the Holt End and the Trinity Road stand if my memory serves me right for the Trophy final in 2001.

That's a bit rich - a few of us were chatting at half-time today & agreed that the AA will be cancelling all leave on Trophy final day so that they can cope with all those caravans heading to Villa Park.....

If your saw the team in the pre-season friendly last summer then you have not seen the real GNFC - the squad is barely recognisable by comparison, Andy Ford has turned things round in dramatic fashion - it's taken two seasons but we appear to have found our conference feet & have a squad that has a quality look to it.

 

Canvey will have to be very aware next season - you'll receive numerous yellow / red cards and feel hard done by many of them. As for Boylan - I think he'll be a marked man & may struggle to even get you 20 goals a season.

One other thing about next season - you'll absolutely love every minute of life in the conference!!!!!

yup. life will certainly be a lot harder but as you say the football will be loads better.. keeping clear of a relegation dogfight will certainly make it loads more fun..
