A week of football!!

4 matches on our home ground in 8 days, followed by a short trip to Egham on the following Tuesday.I'm looking forward to it--could be a really good week.

Someone will need to keep a very close eye on that pitch though as it could cut up quite badly, and should we have any rain, it could well ruin it.

 

Hang on a minute though, we paid our £25,000, which is quite a lot to be fair, and considering it's not been used on the playing side, the pitch should be in mint condition for all four matches... Let's see.... If not, should we be asking for some money back? <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

i would much to prefer to have children with the quadraplegic mongoose currently sitting upon Radders head, for everyone's information. PS Hows the pitch looking?

Ummm, can't imagine it will be too bad, although I will be getting down there early tomorrow to help do any work on it that might be required, should it be required.

 

Might bring a fork with me this time as well being as though Windsor don't exactly have many...

Lets do A maidenhead and chuck a load of sand on it. If the pitch is that bad apparently there is a nice place called wexham park with a decent pitch at the moment :-(

And a very good week it turned out to be too. OK the Bracknell game was very average, but otherwise 9 points from 3 games, including thrashing Windsor is a good return in any book.

complete rubbish. The games to come page and the results/fixtures page have the match down for Tuesday. Dont know about Stag Meadow needing sand, wait till Tuesday, bumpy pitch, sanded heavily, slooooow snack bar. Just like Maidenhead was (apart from the snackbar)

Not quite sure i follow your logic Gary - Ted was talking about the last 4 matches, cause thats the 4 we played at Stag. We have two home games left and Windsor 1. Considering the state of the pitch for the Bracknell (posponed) game if it was going to cut up then it would have been last Saturday / Easter Monday.
