Well...if it were me being accused....and I were innocent, you know what I'd do?

I'd let the papers write all they want about me....I'd let my career come under threat [i.e. knowing how pathetic the FA can be, they'd strip Beckham of the captaincy]...and then I'd sue the Arsenals off the press good and proper.

So, don't expect any writs just yet...he might just be letting the papers dig their own graves!!
