new council job for regenerating britwell

Just noticed this job advert in the business section of todays Observer (yes, i am a saddo for finding this)

 

Assistant Director Cultural Services

Slough Borough Council

 

Job description includes

"We have a far reaching and ambitious cultural strategy which includes....the regeneration of the Britwell Estate - incorporating a new 6,000 seat soccer stadium for the town."

 

Pays not bad either ...between £60,000 to £73,000 a year.

I thought Janic was work shy - If he were to pick up this new job, the salary would surly alienate him from "his" voters.

More to the point it would create a huge conflict of interest. Besides which, given the incredible amount of drivel he stirs up about council expenditure, I'm sure he is already appauled at the huge salary being 'wasted' by the council.
