Ran ball out of play and went to kick the ball against the surround wall. Missed wall - missed stand and hoofed ball out of ground. Ref comes over to Kingy and asks for name. Kingy - c'mon ref. I didint kick it out deliberately. Ref - I know. I'm booking you for being crap!

The ref' blew his whistle, which meant the ball was dead, and then it flew into the net whilst everyone stopped playing. Result - a goal was given!

Didn't someone get sent off recently for committing a sliding tackle on a streaker?

My favourite has to be Paul Gascoine, when the Referee dropped his yellow card and Gaza ran around 'booking' everybody in sight. When he returned the card to the Ref, he got booked for his troubles.

Reminds me of the international goalkeeper; the "Macaroon from Cameroon". His name was Boe, pronouced BOO! When he wanted the ball he used to shout BOO! BOO! Upset some of the refs apparently, but thats not unusual. They eventually got him to shout Keeper!

Think he might of played for Wembley.
