Believe you me, it was the one and only time that I ever went to watch a Romford match. I used to support Collier Row until your mob, backed up by the Greek, bought out Collier Row to again a place in the Diadora League. A sad day, sorry to see GB leave but that's life and Hornchurch FC move on to improve upon the success GB has provided this year (no silverware but we've had some great moments). Upon reflection the Darlington and Tranmere games were great days (except for the ref in the Tranny game).

Just had a thought. Why did we sign Gary Abbott, ex-Fisher Athletic Manager?????? IT WASN'T FOR HIS PACE!!!! He may have the credentials to take over from GB though?!!!!?

To be honest i must admit i had a feeling this may happen.

you cant always blame the manager for some poor results of late as its up to the players also, but when you see some of the players who have played for hornchuch this season i belive a few singnings were panic buys that went wrong !!!

after the great fa cup run we had there was no consistancy in our team as it was constanly being changed...and our samba style hasnt been since the fa cup also (apart from the fa trophy)...coincidence ??

any way rant over....onwards and up !!
