Would like to know what other Enfield Town supporters feel about the recent contributions of two highly promising youngsters: Carey Wright and Daniel Francis.

 

I don't know where Jim Chandler finds these gems but it has been REALLY refreshing to see the pair of them play. They are both fast, skilful and hard working. Even though they aren't the biggest players on the pitch they can take care of themselves and I haven't seen either of them dodge out of 50/50 tackles.

 

AND THEY MAKE THE SIMPLE PASSES EARLY!!!! It has been a pleasure watching them both and I just hope we can hang on to them.

I know where you are coming from Cleggy and it will take some investment from somewhere. However, the long term benefits would surely mean a more successful first team, leading to better gates, higher league status and the money that would bring. It does need consideration and planning.

There has been some talk around the bar of a willingness of some supporters to contribute to the running of a reserve side; I think others would come forward if it were possible and affordable.

 

Although desirable, I could fully understand if its not consistent with the Committee's priorities at the moment.

I am afraid that the time and commitment expended by our Committee members is well beyond me, like many others I imagine.
