As for the match - well, credit where credit's due...Hendon were generally sharper, were first to the ball, and were physically strong. They are second in the league and prob deserve to be there!!!

Apart from that, it's difficult to disagree with you, KLF!!!

We were bullied out of that game tonight.....and another thing can someone tell me why we had 2 strikers on the bench and started with 1 up front....we are at home for God's sake....something serious wrong there!!!!!!

That's not what I expected at all. I was hoping for a draw tonight but our boys put in a superb performance, don't be too hard on your players because we had to play very well for that win.

 

Good stewarding and well-organised, once you get stands behind the goal it will be a very good ground.

 

That's the best atmosphere (Hendon-wise) we've had for ages.

Agree with all thats been said but have to emphasise that I thought that Hendon put in a solid professional performance, closed us down very quickly wihich never allowed us to get our passing game going, hence the 'get it in the mixer' approach.

I have heard that Dean Holdsworth is the agent of our new signing Steve Dell (RB) so i wouldn't go jumping the gun on Dean wearing an Urchin shirt next season, playing Devils Advocate and Dean was to join how long for he is surely a shoe in for the Dons job when it becomes available !
