A few years back, now!!!

 

They used to call her Bomber Lulu, and she was the Forces Sweetheart for a time.

Some people got upset - thought her version of Man Who Sold The World upstaged David "Heil" Bowie - and threw paint on her statue.

The Queen Mother was very upset as she was a big fan.

 

No.... not big....but MASSIVE!
