apparently some gezza sent to us by the job centre worked for us for a week and then had an operation on his larynx...fck knows what for...anyway..two weeks later he returns and we send him back to work.....he complained about the dust..(its a fckn air conditioned fully vented state of the art factory fur chrissake and they've all got face masks)

 

so we're nice guys......we move him to an office....(not that he was qualified to work in one....)

 

fck this says our hero.....the air conditioning was aggravating his throat......so we said hard fckin luck....either carry on working or fck off....

 

so he leaves....we've now been reported to the H&SE for deliberately forcing him out of his job...

 

by placing him in hazardous environments.....

 

we've received an industrial tribunal claim for constructive dismissal.....

Hear hear Unc, I don't think anyone could upset me more than the people who work in Health and Safety. The worst part about them apart from their clipboards and pristine illuminous jackets is the fact they constantly have that ingrained smugness on their faces, as though they are in a permanent state of euphoria that they are spoiling things for everybody else whilst under some crazed notion that without them, the business of their employer will crumble.

 

Absolute peasants. The H&S people at my place are bleeding awful. I would love to read their job description or the further particulars should another 'person' need to be recruited, God help us. It must surely read 'Must not like working in a team but is motivated to work as an individual. Can't have any friends. Ideal candidate will be a total [***!!***].'

I know of one Asian guy who was a profesisonal industrial tribunal claimant. He would send off two application forms for jobs. One wold include his real name, the other would have what sounds like a white female's name. Other than that, the qualifications and histroy would pretty much match. If his proper application was thruned down but the false one was offered an interview he would take that company to tribunal on the grounds of race and gender discrimination!
